In a quiet, just 10 minutes walk from the old town centre of Tropea and 20 minutes from sea lies Villa Alf. In the house, in which also the owner himself lives, two apartments are rented out, one on the ground floor and one in the attic. The ground floor apartment has room for up to 6 persons, the attic apartment for up to 4 persons.

1: The apartment on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen with sofa bed and dining table as well as a balcony and a terrace with beautiful view to the old town of Tropea, the sea and the touristic harbour of Tropea. The apartment has a washing maschine, heating and SAT-TV.

2: The attic apartment has a living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, which can also be used as sofa bed for 2 persons, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large balcony with magnificent views. This apartment has air condition, heating and SAT-TV.
